Even in extreme cases of tooth loss and lack of bone structure, the team at Dentatime Dental Clinic offers an implant solution based on a specific type of implant – a fixed prosthesis on only 4 All-on-4 implants.
This method of prosthetics is most often recommended for patients who are edentulous and already have plate prostheses. It is also recommended for patients who are about to undergo treatment with removable prostheses or have contraindications for bone augmentation (bone addition).
The highest success rate for this type of implantation in completely edentulous patients is achieved when applied to the lower jaw.
A prosthesis on 4 implants is fixed (secured) with a “tick-tock button” system on 4 implants.
It is “fastened” to the implants with Teflon seals and metal caps located inside the prosthesis, and the four implants are placed in the front part of the jaw, in the area between the canine teeth.
This way, the prosthesis is fixed in place, i.e., its uncomfortable movements during eating and speaking are limited, which significantly improves the optimal functionality of the prosthesis.

Stage 1
Extraction of existing teeth (if any) and a subsequent healing period of about 2 weeks.
Stage 2
Prosthesis fabrication, approximately 2 weeks.
Stage 3
Time for implant placement and fixation (“fastening”) of the prosthesis, followed by a period of integration.
